Gender Affirming Care is “NOT Child Mutilation” Despite Fear-driven Antics
Summary: Gender affirming care is emotional support, mental health assurance, stress relief, acceptance wearing clothes affirming happiness, and for solid cases of gender dysphoria, HRT and after 18, surgery , I see nothing crazy about this, do what makes you happy.
For children before puberty there’s no pharmacy nor surgery in gender affirming care that medical field uses at all, to even begin with …. The gender affirmation is allowing the child to wear the clothes makeup and fashion that they identify with,
At puberty age, only then for gender dysphoria cases with much frustration and discomfort expressed over a chronic duration of time for that particular child, there are also no irreversible surgeries nor mutilations involved in gender affirming healthcare, and the debate is over allowing or not allowing puberty blockers .
For teens, not little kids, but teens, there’s a lot of self awareness and individuality, the debate is if all gender affirming surgery regardless of perfectly safe , must be postponed to 18
Hence this plan is by no means child abuse and it’s not mutilating any kid.
In a hypothetical context: “If a child at age 4 is a boy who wants to be a girl, they wear pink dresses , play with dolls, grow hair long , nothing here is irreversible. If it’s a phase they go back to being a boy. If it’s not a phase then 10 whole years later, if there’s a tremendous amount of mental strife expressed in that child’s own desires to transition from their assigned gender, there’s probably a legit case for HRT in place of distress.”
(My Observation of what actual Gender Affirming Care entails:)
